Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products and merchandise are custom made for each customer once the order is received and Digital products are delivered immediately. 

Due to this customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please view sizing charts on product pages to determine correct sizing.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Please let us know at support@goddessologyshop.com and we will get the correct item to you.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If an item has arrived damaged or has a defect, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Within 48 hours of receiving please let us know at support@goddessologyshop.com including a photo and order number so we can get our elves on it right away. We will immediately send a replacement and provide details for returning the damaged item. We truly want to make sure our goddesses...customers... are 100% happy with their products!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Often things are shipped separately. We have different vendors for different items resulting in different arrivals.
